Setting it for every semester

Note: In this article, the mnemonics/screens, SLCR and ACDR are required to perform this process. If you do not have access to either of these screens, please have your supervisor submit an IRT Work Order requesting access.

SLCR to generate/open the specification Savedlist

  In Colleague, search SLCR, enter ACDR.SAFE.COLLEGE and click Ok.

 

  Change the term/semester as per your requirement e.g. changed ‘24/SU’ to ‘24/FA’, enter Yes for Review Results of the Select statement field, No for Schedule for Automatic Refresh, Save and Update. 

 

 

  You will retrieve, save, and update the Savedlist contents. Ensure the Savedlist contents are not blank/empty before saving. Once saved and updated, the Savedlist will be refreshed and ready for use.

 

ACDR 

  Search for ACDR, select the dropdown for Action - Add, Update Mode - No initially. Enter (3 dots) under Restriction to show the list and select the restriction, SAFE and Open.

 

 Set Severity from Restriction as Yes and specify the start and end dates as required. Type "ACDR…" to search ACDR and select the Saved List Name, ACDR.SAFE.COLLEGE  Save and update to run the process.

 Note:  Repeat the above steps, D and E by setting the Update Mode as Yes.

  It starts processing and after 100% completion, you will get a prompt to download and click Finish.
