Office.com Stream tab – Using your mouse, hover over Create and from the drop down menu select Upload video.

Or open your File Explorer and locate the video file. Using your mouse left click and hold to drag it to the upload space on Stream.
Or click the Up Arrow on the webpage and browse out to your file to upload.
Office.com Stream tab – You will have the options to change the name, add thumbnail images, set permission, and or options. Click Publish when finished.
Default Permissions – anyone with a kcc email address can watch the video, you can change to specific people, channels or groups.
Default Options – Comments are on, Noise suppression is off, and closed captions are automatically generated.
*I would leave the permissions and options the default settings
How to share video to Moodle – this will require the end user (students) to have a Kellogg.edu email
Microsoft Stream Share
- Click on My Content
- Select Videos from the drop down menu
- Locate the video you wish to share and click the Three dots (…) on the far right
- Select Share from the drop down menu
- Copy the web link this will allow you to add an activity or resource on Moodle (select URL) or to share with anyone inside the KCC Organization.
Then you will be able to share the link with your instructor, either in the Teams Assignment, Moodle Assignment or through an email.
